Visa on Arrival by land from Laos
Hello, I am travelling to Vietnam around the 9th of February and will be going through Laos and arriving in Vietnam by land. Can I apply for the online visa on arrival and pick up my visa at the check point? Or is that only for entry at airports? How do you suggest I gain my visa? I would like a 2 month multiple entry visa. Thank you for your time, Christey

Hi Christey West
If you are traveling overland from Laos, it is advised that you visit Vietnam embassy in Vientiane to have it done beforehand because visa on arrival works for air travel only which mean you must arrive at an airport to get it stamped.
Hope it is now clear to you.
