1. Why my booking is not found on your system?
There are two possibilities:
- You did not apply for the visa on our website: myvietnamvisa.com
- You did not enter the correct email or ID/e-visa number that matches the information you provided on the form on our website. Please double-check this information.
2. I did not remember which website that I used to apply for my visa, what can I do?
There are numerous websites that provide Vietnam visa service. We suggest you take one of the following steps:
- Check your email to see if you have received any emails related to your Vietnam visa. If you have, please contact them using the email provided.
- If you have already made a payment, we recommend that you contact your bank to identify the company name on the charge/statement.
- Use your web browser history (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) to trace the websites related to Vietnam visa that you have visited previously.
3. How can I check my visa status manually?
